A young canine strikes a bond with another female following a brief random encounter. Following this is a blossoming friendship between the two.

Friendship Pact

Indy is just walking down the sidewalk on her way to the local Cafe where she normally goes. But she is looking sort of gloomy. Her ride had broken down earlier, leading her to call for a tow truck when a passerby came to assess the situation. After finding the problem and calling a friend to pick up the car, the hybrid canine thanked the driver for assistance and agreed to a meetup. That meetup was to be at the very same diner that Indy is going to.

Upon setting foot inside the diner, Indy perks up from being called out and waved at, "Over here, Indy!"

When the female wolf mix looks up, she notices the white furred female at the table waving to her, to whom Indy waves back and bolts over to meet. "Oh, Stella! Glad to see you're here! I had no idea you frequented this place!"

"Ah, only sparingly." Stella reported, "I just wanted to let you know that your car is fixed. I can take you down there to pick it up."

Indy squeals, "Eeee! Great! Now I don't have to worry about taking the bus anymore!"

Stella only smirks at Indy, "You're welcome, Indy. Like I said, I can bring you down to the shop where you can pick up your car."

Indy arches her head, "So after this, are we gonna hang out or something?"

"Of course! And maybe I'll introduce you to a few friends of mine as well!" Stella offers, her tail wagging fast. Her expression also lights up in anticipation while she further explains, "In fact, maybe I can arrange a meeting sometime later! But for now, it can be the two of us for right now."

"Okay, okay! Sounds good to me!" Indy proclaims while squealing. "Stella, I cannot thank you enough for helping me!"

"Ah, no worries there. I was just doing a favor." Stella replied, brushing off the praise.

"So when are we heading down to the shop?" Indy inquired, "when we're done here?"

"We can head down there right now! I was just waiting for you to come so we can meet together." Stella remarked in return.

Indy agrees to the demand, squealing, "Let's go!"

The trip down to the local mechanic didn't take long since the place was a long drive away. Though traffic was light, Stella did manage to put the pedal down all the way, racing to the shop in her Porsche 911 RWB (993). And with Indy riding shotgun, the passenger is presented with an exhilarating front-row seat to the scenery as well as the ride along.

Arriving at the shop, Indy immediately spots her car outside the place inside of the small outdoor lobby. The car itself is a second-generation Mitsubishi Eclipse in Appalachian Red body paint - a standard-looking normal car. After parking her Porsche 911 RWB, the two climb out with Indy immediately dashing over to her ride. In her excitement, the female hybrid runs up to the car and begins to circle it, checking out the bodywork.

After checking out the bodywork, Indy moves on to the engine where she opens the hood to view the engine. Originally when it broke down, her engine was smoking and her car wouldn't start, but now that her car received a new engine, her vehicle is as good as new.

"So, how's the ride looking?" Indy turns around to see Stella approaching to inquire about her fixed car. Indy hugs her, squeaking in delight, "I love it! It's fixed as good as new!"

Stella grins, "Good. Good to hear that. How about we shoot for a meeting at a parking lot or a car meet to show off your ride?"

"Stella, are you serious?? Mine can't compete with yours!" Indy protested. "And this is no time to be arranging for a car meet! I just got my car back!"

Stella suggests, "How about we head somewhere else like a local park or fairground?"

"That sounds much better, honestly. We can go to a park and hang out from there!" Indy agrees to head to a park area where they can hang out and get to learn more about each other, something that suited Stella very well also.
