Vallen has been having a much easier time at his zoo than Carnoc, getting along with the humans, speaking nicely to guests when he flies among them... But then Chris arrives, in preparation to breaking him out.

Short chapter, kinda bland chapter, but I like how much of a foil Vallen is to Carnoc, when it comes to how a dragon can respond to captivity. See, dragons and humans can get along just fine when they put in a little effort! xD

You know? I'll bet if he were given his own Communicator and track-pack, Vallen could revisit the nice people in SanD. Zoo, maybe in concerts like he's some sort of rock star XD Much nicer chapter, really shows the contrast a leader and a warrior dragon.

Vallen's in St. Louis; Aithsa gets sunny San Diego. :P Not a terrible idea though, if they could have some sort of guard to go around with him and make sure no poachers came close...

Vallens behaviour is a big difference to Carnoc's. But to let the people see that they are pretty much like humans (some level-headed and others... unpredictable) is really important in my opinion first to show them they are no animals and second you can't blame the entire species for the actions of one.
Again I hope you don't mind commenting your old stories, I just want to write down what I think and leave my praises for your good work.
