Please, tell me those signs on the counter are a mix of broken wood and blood of a prey or something. If not, it is weird: I have no idea of what the red stain is. From the quest paper of the hobgoblin (maybe?), i see wood logs... could it be like red resin?
The slime squashed on the wall is such a funny thing, hehe! But I have to admit: I’ve noticed only because I’ve read the comments. Although, I was looking it from the cellphone: it could have been hidden from the thumb.
One side note: the fact that you’re showing the side character story is an excellent thing. “Show not tell” is the anthem of good storytelling.

Anyway, that big adventurer can consider himself lucky. Some quest only give experience rewards or almost useless item. Look at the bright side: he learned “Hand Smash”! That’s a useful skill, he’s even pretty good with it too. Skill effect: inflicts blunt damage and buff user with “aura of drama”.
Also, I totally can imagine The Red Nova dragon (perfectly fitting name) being called Pepper by friends, or even Souce depending on gender. :D

well, the reason for this slime side story is quite obvious by now.
River the blue slime is actually one of the protagonist character. it is important to tell my viewers what’s is the slime goal and purpose.

Wait! Nova, she’s the dragon from the other story! I didn’t realized that. I noticed only after you said she already burned you once.
I just thought she would be another character. I totaly forgot her name, so I didn’t connected the dots. I just looked over: I can totally see the resemblance from the horns. (Also, you coloured her name in red in the other story...)

ahh yes, although Nova wasn't a protagonist character, but well, it's fun to chain up some character once in a while, even if it is a short one.
the poster are really old, and not many has really seen the real nova up close.
