The Emperor takes great joy in flaunting the physical benefits of his new body, enhanced by his failed predecessor Volpes. Like his titan soldiers and brethren, he has been blessed with an ungodly physique due to the mutations he's undergone: Stronger, with larger muscles & enhanced senses, and more durable by far that the pathetic detective he used to be.
What goes far more underappreciated in the eyes of outside observers are the profound improvements the titan formula makes upon the mind of its user, granting them the ability to digest/process information faster. This boost to the mental acuity of artificers, scientists, and mages who have been "recruited" into the empire has resulted in rapid developments in a number of fields. Of course, military applications, like the incredible new weapon he has hoisted upon his shoulder, are of particular interest to the warlord and his increasing hold over the plane of Crossroads. The weaklings of this world have no hope of wielding it safely, but a titan has no such concerns.
Not to worry. *When* you eventually fall to him and count yourself among the empire's number, you will be entitled to the benefits of this research, like any of his citizen-soldiers.
As a friendly reminder, the Emperor is *non-canon*. The true Enigma will always be a forthright, if devious, detective.
