We found Test Subject DR17! He'd gotten a bit too tiny for us to clearly seen by any of us- so we tried to get him- erm... Larger.
We had to dip into the P-Balloon storage in order to fix this but, sadly it seems that even with effects of the P-Balloon he just keeps shrinking...
