Cripto elaborates on a letter written to him by a former bully who has since repented of his sins and made the full U-turn.

Chuong: In my country, people like Michel eventually become Buddhist monks to do good for others to make up for their sins. But that's a different story since our cultures are different. The more these people live, the more they realize their greatest sins and become monks so they can help others to be kind for others and not repeat their mistakes.
Zax: And as you know, in America, former stores like that one Walmart that closed can also be churches. To us, any place can be a church, not just a standalone building that you see in Europe. We still have a strong Christian community, but as you obviously know, we're also diverse too.
Juno: Well, you're Vietnamese. You're tough on your kids a lot even today.
Chuong: As stated before, we're raised to think about others more. Even when we act, we think of how others are affected by our actions. Yes we have some individualism, but we're not too big on that like you are in America.

Levi: Canada has been that way to some extent. At least it was from the days when I was a Mountee; we valued society over the individual.
Leo: And you do see churches everywhere; sometimes I even see them in strip malls. Trouble is, they're being charged rent if they do that.
Righteous Roarer: I had the opposite view of you at the time, Cripto; once I stood up for somebody being bullied by flipping them over, as you would in karate. He never got bullied again.
Cripto: Were you in trouble for that?
Righteous Roarer: No.
Captain Cunning: And the one he stood on the wall for was me.
Leo: Interesting how those things work out.
Cripto: I guess there's arguments both ways. When I spoke to McGruff the Crime Dog about some of my troubles in those days, he said I was better off if I just tried to talk it out with them. In the end, it still worked out.
Captain Cunning: I had no idea you and Leo had so much in common, though.
Cripto: Neither did I. I think my period was shorter-lived that yours, but CNG did have us both experience that phenomenon where whatever came out of our mouths was always something nobody had a response for, or was willing to argue with it. I think I let it go to my head, though, but I'm not dwelling on it.
Super C: Don't, or it will get in you trouble. However, this isn't dwelling. This is just confirming what CNG had done to you while it was still alive.
