This guy seemed as intent on watching me as I was in watching him. Every time I would duck behind my camera, he would stop moving and wait for me to pop up again. As young as he is, maybe he thought I was playing peek-a-boo? Regardless, he was an ideal model and this was my favorite of the shots I took of him.

I love it. I'm so glad that he took an interest in watching you. It can be so hard to get another living thing to actually look at you. I believe, tough others may not agree with me, that the eyes are a very important aspect of ones character. Looking into eyes, one can sometimes see past, present, and sometimes future. I am glad you took this shot while he was looking at you. Thank you. Hope to see more beautiful art, like this one. :)
The clicker method is an effective dog training too. When you begin, you "load" the clicker by clicking and giving the dog a treat immediate. Do this at random intervals for about 12 clicks. At zoos that allow you to toss treat (like monkey chow for the monkey house), I do the same thing. Then, once I am behind my camera and focused and happy with the composition, I click the clicker. It almost always gets all of them to look at me. Didn't need it with this guy though. When I was done shooting I wanted to take him home with me.
