Another old sketch of mine interpreting what it might have ben like if Captain Ahab from Melville's "Moby Dick" had been a werewolf. If recall correctly here was a PBS special that came out around that time featuring Patrick Srewart in the role of the Captain.

You must be referring to Hallmark's version of Moby Dick which also stars E.T.'s Henry Thomas in the Ishmael role. I have that and the classic Gregory Peck version. To me both have their merits though neither is like reading the book by any means. Nice artwork. Love Moby's expression.
