This is a drawing I made of my character Derek who is characterized as Leon S. Kennedy (Character from the "Resident Evil" videogame saga, especially from the "Mercenaries" minigame from the recent remake of the fourth part), where Derek will have to finish off all the villagers infected with the parasite "Las plagas" from the Spanish town of Valdelobos once and for all, and more using the "Mayhem" mode.

In truth, at first the original installment of Resident Evil 4 from 2005 was my return to the saga, and more for all the innovations it brought in its time, balancing survival horror and easy trigger action, thus differentiating itself greatly from its predecessors from the PSX. As for the 2023 remake, I was quite surprised by the great job Capcom did in presenting a dark and realistic atmosphere along with the gameplay enhancements like the parry with the knife, also, I must admit that I grew fond of the new version of Ashley.

On the other hand, after seeing some gameplays of the "Mercenaries" mode, the new power ability that was implemented as "Mayhem" mode caught my attention, which greatly increases the agility, the damage of both the weapons of fire and melee blows. Which is why I wanted to make a parody of this (Also, the lack of a shirt on my character is a reference to a mod for Leon, and the letters of "Menacing" from the Japanese animated series "Jojo Bizarre Adventure" were put to give it more epicity to the work) xD

Este es un dibujo que hice de mi personaje Derek quien esta caracterizado como Leon S. Kennedy (Personaje de la saga de videojuegos "Resident Evil", mas que todo del minijuego "Mercenarios" del reciente remake de la cuarta parte), en donde Derek tendra que acabar con todos los aldeanos infectados con el parasito "Las plagas" del pueblo español de Valdelobos de una vez por todas, y mas usando el modo "Sed de Sangre".


En la verdad, en un principio la entrega original de Resident Evil 4 del 2005 fue mi reingreso a la saga, y mas por todas las innovaciones que trajo en su tiempo balanceando el survival horror y la accion del gatillo facil, diferenciandose asi por mucho de sus antecesores de la PSX. En cuanto a su remake, me sorprendio bastante el gran trabajo que hizo Capcom al presentar una admosfera oscura y realista junto con las mejoras de gamplay como el parry con el cuchillo, ademas, debo de admitir que me encariñe con la nueva version de Ashley.

Por otra parte, despues de ver algunos gameplays del modo "Mercenarios", me llamo mucho la atencion la nueva habilidad de poder que se implemento como "Sed de Sangre", de la cual aumenta enormemente la agilidad, el daño tanto de las armas de fuego y golpes cuerpo a cuerpo. Por lo cual quise hacer una parodia de esto (Ademas, la falta de camisa en mi personaje es una referencia a un mod para Leon, y las letras de "Amenaza" de la serie animada japonesa "Jojo Bizarre Adventure" fueron puestas para darle mas epicidad a la obra) xD
