I feel better than I was feeling when I made my last post, I cut back by eating some of my dinner not all of it! I plan to lose some weight from now and till I'm happy about the way I look! If your feeling the same way I encourage you to do what makes you feel better such as watching your favorite anime, spending time with loved one or playing outside with your pets!
