Yeah, I play Neopets. Hey, don't look at me like that! IT'S FUN. And I can't shake my crippling addiction to virtual pets. At least I haven't bought another Tamagotchi... yet.
But uh, yeah. I love the Snowager. I would gladly get blasted with ice breath if it meant I could give him a pat on the nose.

He looks awesome!!! man I used to try to time him! My friends and I actually stayed up sometimes trying to find the likely times he wasn't awake XD we were soooo addicted haha. I tried going back a few times, but after forgetting my password a LOT and not being able to retrieve it I gave up >.< Some of the really cool stuff is REALLY hard to get too ;.; If you like virtual pet games you'd prolly like www.mweor.com That's what I became addicted to a few years after I dropped off of neopets XD The art for it is all done by one of my fave artists on here too

I dunno, it just didn't move quickly enough for me. I love the social aspect of virtual pet sites, so I tend to lose interest if I'm not constantly keeping in touch with the community. That... and I've heard some pretty nasty stuff about the staff. Not that I completely trust the rumour mill, but I just can't seem to find a reason to respect them.
Also, I've noticed that sites like Subeta have more or less become a dime a dozen. There are so many users who have grown out of Neo that it's become the thing to do. Which isn't necessarily bad, except that they always seem to hire the same artists. :/

I used to be on there too, actually (http://www.subeta.ws/users/squeedgemonstur hurr). But I've ditched the whole Subeta thing. As much as I miss some of my pets, I don't really dig the site over-all. It seems really caught up in this superiority complex over Neopets, and I think it missed the mark on what makes NP so fun and special. Also, even if the art is technically better, with how detailed/over-designed the pets are, it leaves less room for creative input from the user, IMO.
And the Neopet games are way better :B

Ahh well I just got sick of all the dumb rules on Neo and how hard it was to early any sort of points. I would only go on to rp with friends and eventually I kinda just quit going all together xD; It's just not fun for me anymore I don't think I could get back into it (kinda refuse to XD)
