Chaz looked up from the screen as Lubo entered the room. "Hey bro, you wanna try a new video game with me?" He dangled a controller in the air.
"Yeah! What's it called?" Lubo jumped over the back of the couch, causing Chaz to bounce as he landed.
"The Howling, Rebirth. You've probably never heard of it."
"Oh, like the movie?"
"The what?"
"Monty suggested the movie last week for me and him to watch while you were at work. He said it's like a book he likes."
"Uh-huh."
"I thought it was mean about werewolves but it was from the 90s so Monty says it's just a 'product of its time'."
"Okay, bro, can we just play the game? I haven't gotten a chance to try the multiplayer out."
One match later:
"Bro, talk about beginner's luck. Wanna go again?"
"Yeah! This is fun."
Five matches later:
"You smell angry. Do you not like the game?"
"I'm not angry, bro." Chaz had at this point grown an extra set of thumbs to work the controls, and still hadn't won a game against Lubo, no matter which side he was on. "Let's just do it again."
Fifteen matches later:
"Chaz, do we have to keep playing?"
Chaz sighed. "Yeah bro, you can forfeit if you want to. How about a different game?"
"Oh! What game? I like games."
"We can see who can plank for the longest."
"Okay! Sounds fun!"
A few minutes later:
"Give up... yet... bro..?" Chaz's arms were quivering like jello as he tried to keep himself up.
"No, this is fun!" Lubo smiled even as he sweat, his tail wagging behind him. "Are you having fun?"
"Obviously."
It didn't take much longer before Chaz collapsed into a literal puddle on the living room carpet.
Lubo got up and decided to call it a tie.
