Think about this...You drew the pic out of your heart for me, and I love it for the mass skill it has (it was damn awesome dude for real), and the fact you did it for me as a friend, that's all that matters. Even if you handed me a pencil drawing that took you 5 mins, and this one took about 4-5 hours total, I don't care, as long as you did something for me. Don't see yourself as a bad artist. A lot of people love your stuff.

Yes, it is tradition to wear it on your side, but on your waist.... other wise it is a little to low to be pulled out quickly.

It's on the waist mainly, if you full view, you will see the top of the sword sheath strap connecting with the belt. I put the belt on his leg to hold the sheath sturdier. Just it at that angle to pull out it's easier IMO. =P
