When the old Bram Skunktaur managed to escape from the Ship ⛵ where hy had been captured along with other skunktaur in Chakona, during a storm (He escaped with the help of Vroeg, whose essence was still in this physical plane), hy went directly to the coast near Curtisport. There, exhausted and half drowned, he sought refuge in a tool shed, owned by Dewclaw professor Ben Zider. Zider's daughter found him passed out and Zider nursed him for several days until Bram recovered. In that period of time, the human and his family became very fond of hym, to the point of built a beautiful friendship.

When Ben travels to Amistad City for work reasons, he always takes the opportunity to visit Bram, who lives in a nursing home (Bram is a 148-year-old skunktaur). Seeing that Bram behaves like a naughty child, always escaping from hys caretakers, and considering the special appreciation that the professor feels for hym, he decides to "adopt" hym and take hym to the Skunktaur Archipelago so that hy can live with him. Bram happily accepted. But Ben had something else in mind. In his neighborhood, several foxtaur families live. And among them, a cute lonely old Marine Foxtaur named Fadu. The teacher's idea is that Bram and Fadu could accompany each other and perhaps form a couple. We'll see how accurate Ben's bet is. Meanwhile, he and his family enjoy Bram's company very much.
