Another cosplay redraw, instead it's the electricfying gym leader of Levincia, Iono. I've seen a lot of Pokemon Cosplayers, but sadly, I didn't find Cynthia (my favorite). People rather be the electric type specialist twitch streamer than the childhood nightmare with an ice crema addiction.
This is probably one of few times I'll bother adding background scenery like the Cherry Blossom Tree. (This was taken in a area designated for Cosplay photo stuff.
