Here's a Regional Variant I wanted to do for quite some time! It's the Gen 3 Humming Pokémon -- Altaria!

-- It can Mega Evolve into a part-Dragon, part-Fairy type in ORAS, and Dragon/Flying is already its official typing. But I wanted to make a Regional Variant that's more thundercloud- or thunderstorm-themed. Sure, it's nothing to be really excited about, because it's far from original. But I wanted to give it a shot and see what I could create with this concept myself. So I started working on my own design, and I'd say it looks... OK. I made the tail -- and the claws to an extend -- resemble lightning bolts, to emphesize the newly added Electric typing, and made the usual bright white clouds covering its body have a more dark grey appearance, like a thundercloud. And because it is based on a thundercloud, it's only natural that it'd be way more fierce and battle-hungry, as supposed to being kind and serene like the Hoenn Dragon/Flying monster currently is.
