Finally had the strength to draw something for my mom.

The pink cheetah/leopard is my moms old character  nibblesdarkfold and of course my oc Enzine as a puppy being squeezed to death by a hug

My mom passed away early 2017 after a 3ish year fight to cancer. I was around 12 or 13 I think. That’s why I made Enzine a puppy. Or at least younger. I haven’t been able to bring myself to really revisit her death or to do anything regarding her or her characters because it’s been so hard to cope with. I haven’t had time to cope. I miss her greatly and I’m hoping there’s an afterlife of sorts so once I’ve lived enough for her and I both, I can see her again. And all our kitties too.

I’m pretty proud of how this turned out overall though. Everything turned out how I hoped even if it is a pretty rough and colored sketch. I may draw more of us together. Her and one of my character in random situations or just being cute like this one

I'm happy I finally got the strength to do something for her. It's a bit late, but she's definitely still very loved, appreciated, looked up to, and certainly not forgotten
