After her defeat against Kendra Able, Loba strives to have a rematch. Her desire to fight led her to rise through the ranks of Hagone in an attempt to fight the cougar again. Her first obstacle is the number three contender, Galina Polaris, who acts as a gatekeeper who prevents fighters from rising through the ranks so as to deprive them of the chance to fight Lilikoi and Kendra. Feeling angry at Galina getting on her way, Loba trains hard to defeat the gatekeeper and continue her pursuit for a worthy foe.
