So I have not forgotten anybody. Here's a small checklist of what's going on:
Parents still looking for a car; they're looking to start Door Dashing when they do manage to get one
Dad has officially lost his job; could be a legal issue since he's still on medical leave and the boss called and cussed him like a dog over a case of mistaken identity, but at least it made the decision for him that he's not gonna try to come back and keep loyalty to that place. It happened a couple of days ago, so we're just trying to figure out an income for them until they can get a vehicle.
It's not all bad. Dante got us an anniversary present when we were financially better and it just came in; we finally have a Switch, so we can eventually join the cool kids playing modern Nintendo games. We're all emotionally pretty okay for everything going on. Just tired tbh!
As it stands now I'm just trying to avoid burnout and taking on too much work so I don't bog my queue down further, but we're the only income in the house at the moment, and Dante's been working his ass off as well for everything on our end. If you'd like to help us out or throw my parents a few bucks, I'm taking tips, donos, and adopt sales on my ko-fi for them!
