Is there a chance you'd be able to show the thumbnail in higher resolution? It's a bit small. Although, I can tell it is well made.
As for the story, it is very heart tugging. The character seems realistically shy. I don't want to analyze too much, so simply put, for the first two parts, this story definitely managed to make me feel as if I was dragged into the world of this story. It has that sort of relatable aspect to it. You both did amazing!
