Here is the Blue Ranger in the upcoming series, Freedom Squadron: Liberanger. Henry Hyenard is a hyena who has been trying hard to get his driver's license but always fails each driving test. He doesn't think he will be a very confident driver, but when he pilots the Libre Racer, he gains more confidence.

Notes:
1. He is loosely based on Garu/Ookami Blue from Uchu Sentai: Kyuranger (AKA, the TRUE Cosmic Fury Blue Ranger).
2. He is the first hyena ranger in the franchise, not counting Lokomotor/Costrain Master in Traffic Squadron: Roadranger, as he was an extra hero.
3. His clothes are based upon the clothes of Naoki Domon/Blue Racer from Gekisou Sentai: Carranger.
