This here is the Libre Star Randomizer. This device is used to determine the five ranger away team in each chapter. There is a small door on the side of the circle at the top where the Libre Stars are put into, then when it is shut, the red button on the side is pressed, making the cylinder at the top spin around, then five random Libre Stars come out the bottom. There is a setting on the device to change how many Libre Stars can be picked with five being the default setting.
This pretty much works the same way as the Kyulette in Kyuranger, but I wanted to do something different with this one.
