A Demons New Plaything
I recently got myself a Playstation 3 but I don't have any games yet XD
Uncharted 2 and Killzone 2 should arrive on monday and Metal Gear Solid 4 later this week. There is a lot of catching up to do. I even wrote a list with what game to get ;P
Oh and I've played the Killzone 3 demo and damn, I almost came when I played it. Seriously, this game is a damn good shooter and I'm so glad that I'll be able to play it :>
I ish happy demon <3

Playstation Move isn't really the future and btw the Wii already does it for years now. Then again I'm not a big fan of these motion devices anyway, be it the Wii-Mote, Kinect or Move. I love my controller and I don't see what is wrong with it. They are precise and easy to handle without making awkward moves.
Well, that's just my humble opinion. I do know that there are people who enjoy this motion control stuff but I guess I'm just too old school for it ;P

I have to say, though, the tech demos at E3 that Sony showed with the Move, specifically Sorcery, looked pretty damn awesome. And I'm a relatively steadfast Nintendo fanboy. X3 I personally love the Wii-mote, but I dislike when its usage becomes more gimmicky than creative. Then again, dual analog sticks is a gimmick, as well, and really aren't all video games just gimmicks, blah blah blah etcetera~
I do find it hilarious how Microsoft and Sony are trying so desperately to get a piece of Nintendo's pie, though. I really don't get how Sony can market the Move as "original" with a straight face.

Heh yeah but that's Sony, everything they do is "original" ;P
Motion controls are fun when done right but most developers don't even try. I played quite a few Wii games with friends and we found ourselves playing Smash Bros and Mario Kart with Gamecube controllers for example.

I'm writing a journal now, talking about the facts why I bought a PS3 and about the console situation in general. Hopefully some people will actually read it.
Little Big Planet is fun, so is Wii Sports, both are not really what I'd call a "game". I'd recommend downloading the Killzone 3 demo. It's free ;P

Killzone is THE ego shooter on the Playstation. It started on the Playstation 2 where there still weren't that much shooters but it stood out and became very famous among the PS2 gamers. Killzone 2 blew the critics minds when it first arrived, with top notch visuals. They are a bit outdated now and the biggest fault was the control, it wasn't that responsive. But all that is fixed now in Killzone 3, which arrives in stores later this week. I played the demo and this game is going to be one of my favourites, standing on the same level as Halo: Reach. Killzone is also very well known for its awesome Multiplayer and they kept on improving that since part 1.
