Here is the second of the main villains in Freedom Squadron: Liberanger and another character that has been supplied by Suferpenguin718.
Hailey is a human who has been traveling space for an unknown amount of time and has heard of the legendary Hosbrai. She was able to get Hosbrai out of his imprisonment and when he told her she could have anything she wanted, she wanted to serve him in his conquest of taking over the universe. She carries a staff that she uses for combat.
Notes:
1. Her sharp nails and character are inspired by Nadira from Power Rangers: Time Force.
2. She is the third human villain in the Super Animal Squadron franchise.
