Here is the first of the enemy foot soldiers in Freedom Squadron: Liberanger. They get their name from the wind-up crank on the top of their heads. They will fight the Liberangers either until the Liberangers put them out of commission or until their wind-up crank on their heads runs out, but they can fight for a good long while before the crank runs out.
Notes:
1. Originally, the Clockwork Drones were going to be adapted from the Combat Kuros, the enemy foot soldiers from Resha Sentai: ToQger, the oldest post-Jetman adaptation without a Power Rangers adaptation (though Cosmo Royale from Ninja Steel, and the Void Queen from Dino Fury were adapted from ToQger villains). I decided however that I wanted to make the Clockworks Drones completely new instead. Plus, I wasn't sure about using the Combat Kuros for the Liberangers to fight against anyway.
2. Part of their body design was based on the Kudakks from Kikai Sentai: Zenkaiger.
