Now here is the other additional Liberanger in her civilian form, this is Lizzie Snowfox. She is a teenage Arctic fox girl who lives with her dad and little brother, Seth. She is set to first appear in a chapter where a monster is going around stealing birthdays and it just so happens that her brother, Seth had his birthday stolen. Lizzie attempts to replace the birthday present she got for Seth, but it disappears the moment she hands it over to him. When she sees the Liberangers defeat the monster responsible, she hopes to become like them one day, and later in the series, she is able to. Becoming Libre Aqua.

I didn't base her clothes on any Sentai characters this time around, making her the only ranger in the series not to have her clothes be based on any Sentai character. For her, I decided on giving her sandals, long dark azure pants, and a long-sleeved belly shirt with a snowflake on it. As for her hair, the hair on her forehead is based on some concept art of Maid Marian from Disney's Robin Hood that differs from how her hair actually is in the movie while her pony-tail is based upon Agent Ellen Fox from The Bad Guys book series, who became Diane Foxington in the movie.

Notes:
1. She is based on Kotaro Sakuma/Koguma Skyblue from Uchu Sentai: Kyuranger (AKA, the TRUE Cosmic Fury Aqua Ranger). But is female as opposed to Kotaro who was male. This idea was carried over from Novaranger where the counterpart of Kotaro's was going to be female.
2. She is the second mainstream Aqua Ranger to be female after Lady Amber in Fantasy Squadron: Medievalger Returns, and the first to appear regularly.
3. She is slightly shorter than the other Liberangers, as she is the youngest on the team, being 16 at the time the series takes place while most of the rest of the rangers are in their early to mid-20s.
4. Her ranger form represents Justice Squadron: Comicger, giving her the number 3.5, as Comicger came out on the week Medievalger had its final chapter released and a week before Gamerman began.
5. Lizzie made a cameo appearance in Dragon Squadron: Draconightger along with her family where they were on a plane and her brother claimed he saw a dragon outside their window (referring to Platia) with their dad thinking that he was just using his imagination and that Lizzie should just roll with it.
6. Griffguy26 came up with the name "Lizzie" for Novaranger's Aqua Ranger, which I decided to carry over into Liberanger.
7. At one point, her clothes were going to be based on Brer Fox's clothes from Song of the South, but I decided to drop this when I realized they looked like Amanda Iguan's clothes if I did that.
