The Mermaid is based off a character named Shelby from a show called Lolirock.

She is character in a fan story I'm working on. In this story a surfer named Kori .
While surfing on Hawaii she is captured by a naga sea witch and turned into a mermaid. She was meant to be sold as a slave when she was rescued by several royal warriors. Unforgently she could not be changed back and as such began to live life under the sea.
