WIP until I think of a name for it.
Some creature that came into being while I was listening to a song/bit of music that included animalistic shrieks and horrified screams of humans, as well as crashes and bangs, this is the creature I envisioned as the thing that was shrieking and killing everyone in the room. When my mind lingers on it, it starts to creep even me out.

Yeah. The thing that I find very scary in physical creatures is the ability to seize without expecting it. When I first went swimming in the deeper ocean while diving, i felt extremely terrified , because the sea is so large and there could be anything down there, which might grab me by my unprotected belly and pull me down.
Otherwise, the things I am most afraid of in the dark of night are non-physical things like ghosts. I am more afraid of seeing two large white eyes and visible grinning human teeth in the dark... staring and grinning surrealisticly and staring.

euuugh, yeah, I don't like ghosts, you can't make them go away or anything (unless you happen to live with someone who has the ability to get rid of them) damn it, I'm sitting here in a dark house D:
The grabby thing with that creature does scare me, now that I think on it, it could just reach out and snag you like a praying mantis, its ever-'grinning' face unsettles me a little, too, I could imagine turning on a light an bam, all you see is that face before you get skewered and thrown into it.
Funnily enough, swimming in the ocean never scared me, except for the fact that there could be jellyfish nearby, I hate those things.
