Little Tales -- Nonverbal Communication
I'm not going to upload every comic I do to here since I have a website for that, but enough people have told me this gave them the giggles that I decided to share.
I'm 5'2 while Uriel is six something. He enjoys looming over me, but it also means that when he needs to borrow my car because his is in the shop then he needs to shove the seat back. If I don't keep this in mind whenever I use the car next time I end up in the back seat flailing like a turtle on its back. Curse you tall people! Curse youuuuu!!!

My mom's 5'2" I'm 6'3" and she buys the type of vehicle with the automatic preset-able seats, so after I've adjusted the seat, gone where I want to, come back, turn off the car, it starts to slide up to where she likes it. I often forget about this little feature and have to either make a mad dash scramble to get out or wind up with my chest and knees squashed against the steering wheel and dashboard and get pressed against the windshield, winding up looking not unlike something Picasso may have painted.
It's rather like Temple of Doom when Indy and Shortround are in the trap with the lowering ceiling only there's no hidden nook with a lever to pull.

Oh yes! I can relate to this. It was also amusing to watch my friend Jim who tops out at six foot, seven try to wriggle and squirm into the seat of the Pacifica after his five foot , four wife Carol was driving the vehicle. There are also some stories I could tell you about my six foot, five friend from Australia trying to fit his frame into my little, low '97 "Toy-Otter Car-roller."
Its the same way around! Just think what he has to endure sitting into the care if he forgets to pop the seat back first! Its knees locking, head banging into the roof hes gonna look like a cramped up Gollum!
Altough seeing that last part of you flailing in the back seat i gotta admit it made me chuckle a bit. :3
