Ask Flinters - Kangaroo Foot Paws
A person in Telegram mentioned kangaroo paws in passing and I happened to be in the mood to draw roo feet and volunteered mine for the demonstration. A quicky doodle while waiting for a 3D resin print to be done washing and curing.

These are actually on the spectrum of being gorgeous as hell (almost NOBODY draws kangaroo paws this nicely) π¦πΎβπ»ππΌββοΈ
I wonder how nicely you draw bun feet, like do you give those a pretty shape which makes em appealing ? π°πΎβ¨π€·πΌββοΈ

Youβre welcome !! π Love how you made an effort to for them to look pretty, like in real life they arenβt exactly pretty ππ» Iβd go as far as to say these are some of the best ever drawn !! βοΈπ
Real tempted to show you what I think is the #1 example in art π
Well yea, I know who youβre talking about π
(Kinda think yours is just a little bit better IMO) π€π»
But let me show you this right quick, think itβs my personal favorite ππΌββοΈ

Sadly the artist of this only drew em this ONE time but the fact itβs so phenomenal makes up for it just a tiny bit β€οΈβπ©Ή

I did not know kangaroos could swim since they are a desert animal.
From the videos that I saw they looked like they tucked their feet under them like a bird sitting and used their tail to move back and forth to swim like a fish. But I did find that they can move their feet independently to swim.

You said when a kangaroo swims in water. What else would a kangaroo swim in other than in water?
Actually don't answer that as I am sure that I don't want to know. I'm sure Ribbi Tom had learned what else you have swimmed in and has regretted ever learning the truth and has been trying to wash his eyes out with bleach ever since.

Ah, this is very helpful, thank you for making this. I made myself a roo sona today but realised i drew the feet rather incorrect, so i was looking for a clear reference as pictures of these animals got me a bit confused. Earned yourself a watch with this ^w^ good job
