Story: A warlord who enjoys expanding his territory, Brandon is a noble of his own territory country. After the events of Forces, Brandon's country was nearly taken down by Eggman's Death Egg robots before the resistance stopped him. With the world in desperate need of stability, Brandon intends to take up the role of leader of the world. Raised to believe the strong survive and rule, while the weak are left by the wayside, Brandon is not a malicious conqueror. While he will brutally defeat anyone in his way, he never has any pleasure in causing suffering for others. In his own way, Brandon is trying to help the world, but his autocracy is something not everyone will submit to easily. Brandon has been recovering and ready to move his army to begin his campaign, question is if the restoration forces will be able to defeat this overwhelmingly strong individual.

Story: Preston is a very old turtle at nearly 87 years old. Preston was enlisted into Brandon's army when Brandon could not win a single match of chess against Preston. Figuring his talents could be useful, Preston is Brandon's general of his whole army. Preston is an extremely smart Mobian with years of experience and wisdom behind him, making him a deadly foe for the restoration force. Preston's keen mind for strategy and tactics will make defeating Brandon's army one of their hardest battles to date.

Story: Jacklin was one of the earliest territories to be absorbed into Brandon's conquest. However, she struck an accord with him, autonomy of her territory in exchange for her personal skills in espionage and sniper skills. Brandon agreed to it with minimal resistance and quickly became part of Brandon's inner circle alongside Preston. Jacklin grew up in the political scene even more-so than Brandon. She learned a ton of etiquette and learned how to be everyone's friend and how to manipulate others. She did realize from watching other nobles being assassinated that the best ways to dispose of undesirables is to do so when they have no sense of a nearby threat. She took to sniping as she found that relying on others left too much to chance. Jacklin is currently an active spy in the restoration force, posing as a volunteer helping the other heroes. Her skills are expected to be utilized by Brandon when he begins his conquest campaign.
