I can't believe I finished it. The head was the hardest to draw, never have I felt so much stress trying to make it look good. I eventually settled with one design, and now that I look at it, it looks nice, to me at least. I was panicking with the background for almost an hour, thinking it needed to match the cell shaded style of the foreground, but then I remembered the Primarina I did, and realized I could use this background.

Line art is in scraps. I'll make an alt with different colored swimwear. Thank you for voting in the poll I put out last month, now I'll be making the next one... or two actually.
