This book completes the trilogy about Chakona, its inhabitants, the interaction of the chakats with some humans, skunktaurs and other races, such as the renzar and the rakshanis. All framed within the universe created by  Goldfur It's been almost two years of continuous work and it's fair to mention such important people  sethtriggs  Marksan  Wolfbane115 and all the people from Tales de Chakona Discord for fans.

CHAPTER 07


"Guys, we could all go to eat something delicious downtown to celebrate your return" Lorna proposed enthusiastically.
"Why not to Lorel's Bar?" Esteban added.
"Sounds good guys, but first Vera and I have to find a place to stay tonight at Amistad" Jhonny replied.
“Brother, don't worry about it. Stay at the renzar's house. Regt and Sorah will be happy to see you,” Esteban said.
"Yes! I'd love to! I would like to play with Hajo. I love babies!” Vera said enthusiastically.
"But, won't it be a bother for your parents, Esteban?" Johnny added.
"Of course not. At least stay for tonight. We'll see later. Also, tomorrow is the regular wrestling tournament. And I know how much you like to admire the competitors, Jhonny”
"In agreement"
"Excellent! All fixed. Esteban, can I stay with you tonight too?” Lorna asked.
“Of course dear colleague. Where five fit, six fit too! Esteban exclaimed enthusiastically.
"Very well! We will be together again. I really missed them!” Vera said, hugging Lorna and Esteban enthusiastically.
After checking out at the special building for workers from the Chakona moons, the four friends left the terminal for the city in an autonomous transport, happy to be together again.

After a hard day's work, Regthar was preparing to return home. Still disturbed by the news of the arrival of Esteban's father, he thought about how to tell the boy. For a moment, he wanted to imagine that Esteban would take things more calmly this time. And he sincerely hoped that it would. At that moment, his co-worker, Ulk, entered through the dressing room door.

“Well, how are you doing tomorrow, huh? If I have to fight you in the arena, I won't have mercy! Hahaha"
“Do your best, friend,” Regt said.
“I heard there will be new fighters. Some rookies in our category” Ulk said as he stripped off his uniform, revealing his abundant brindle fur.
"Yes. The patriarch invited new fighters to try out. I think they will be a good incentive for everyone” replied the brown-furred renzar. At that moment, the PADD that he had on the locket, began to sound.
"Er... this is Regthar"
"Hello Dad"
"Esteban! What a surprise… Eh, is everything alright?”
"If everything is fine. We already left work. Jhonny and Vera are back in Chakona! They arrived today!”
"Oh, wow. I'm very happy son "
“I was wondering if they could spend the night with us, at home, before they returns to Bonifacio”
"Oh, of course. Did you talk to Sorah?”
“Yes, she agrees, and she is happy to have them home”
“Heh heh… Very good. I'll see you there then."
“Okay Regt. Now we're on our way to Lorel's bar, we'll pick up Doren and have something to eat there. Then we'll go home."
"Perfect!... Hey Esteban?"
"Yes"
"There's something you should know..." Regt said suddenly after sighing deeply.
"What's up big guy?" He heard him on the communicator. Regthar looked at Ulk who shrugged. Uncertainty and doubt took over his head.

“Nothing… Only that I will compete tomorrow in the tournament and I hope that your friends… Will go support us, Natany and me”
"Yes, I know. Of course!.. Now I must cut. See you at home. I love you big guy”
"See you son. Goodbye” replied the renzar before hanging up.

“Oh well… You must tell him, Regthar” Ulk said suddenly, crossing his arms.
"I know, I know... It's what, I noticed he was so happy with his friends... And I didn't want to ruin the moment, Ulk"
“I understand, my friend. You try to protect him, right?”
“Ufff”
"It will be better that we go, tomorrow we have to fight!" Ulk finally declared, as he gathered up his things.

At the doctor's office, Sachi, the renzar nurse, was preparing to go home. In her small office, she finished arranging the patient schedule for the next week, which had increased a little compared to the previous one. As she entered the latest data into her computer, Lilethe entered the small room with a wide smile.

"Sachi, are you done yet?"
"Yes, I'm leaving now"
“Esteban called me and said that his friends Jhonny and Vera returned to Chakona from Kat'turna. And they will celebrate your arrival at Lorel's bar now. Why do not you come with us?
Sachi, a little surprised, declared.
"Eh... Really... I don't know... You know that tomorrow is the renzar tournament and I have to concentrate to compete"
“Oh… Come on Sachi. Celebrates with us even for a short time. Esteban asked me to take you with me” Said the skunktaur taking her hands.
“Eh?.. Esteban?”
"Yes! .. He has wanted to see you for a long time"
Sachi felt a nice feeling inside her upon hearing those words. She remembered for a moment the intimacy she had had with him at Natany's house. And her heart warmed at the thought of seeing him again.
“Uh… It's alright! I'm with you!" She answered the renzar with a smile, as she took her handbag and followed Lilethe towards the parking lots.

As they headed to the center of the city in an automated transport, Jhonny and Vera enthusiastically told some anecdotes of their stay on the Chakona moon. Lorna and Esteban listened carefully and occasionally laughed out loud. Through the window, of the vehicle, you could see the sunset, with the reddish sky towards the ocean and Chakastra that had just hidden behind the horizon. Esteban remained silent for a while, contemplating that beautiful spectacle. Vera, noticing the human's distraction, gently took her hand.
"What's wrong Esteban?..." The boy, after sighing, answered.
“Nothing… Just that… Sunsets at Amistad make me nostalgic. You know, I remember Vroeg a lot. Hy loved these moments when the sun went down behind the ocean.”
"Oh Esteban... Of course we know that." Lorna said capturing those emotions with her chakat empathy. Stroking her cheek, she added herself.
“Vroeg had a beautiful life, and hy was lucky to have a great friend like you. The same fortune that we have to have you here” Lorna declared with a look full of tenderness.
“That's right friend! Up that encourage!" Jhonny added, hitting him on the shoulder.
"They are right. This is not the time to be sad. Thank you for her words… What's more, Lorna and I want to announce that the day after tomorrow, we will organize a volleyball game on the beach. Chakats versus humans! So Jhonny, you will have to be part of my team!” Esteban said, recovering his enthusiasm.
"It's true! Vera, you can qualify for Esteban's team too, since there aren't many humans to defeat!" Lorna added excitedly.
"A volleyball game?" She told the intrigued morph.
“Wow, that sounds great. During our stay in Kat'turna we didn't get much exercise. And this will come in handy. Vera, I'll teach you how to play if you don't know how. It's fun!" Johnny answered happily.
"Oh.. Ok, sounds good" Vera said with a nervous smile.
After a few more minutes of travel, the vehicle finally reached the center of the city, one block from Lorel's bar. The artificial lights began to fill the streets with colors, while people finished a new working day and prepared for the weekend break. The four engineers lightly walked to their destination. Jhonny and Vera, holding hands while dragging their hand luggage, and Lorna by Esteban's side, like a watchful lion, the chakat was attentive to any eventuality that could happen to the boy.

Entering the bar, the four friends saw an empty table and walked over to it. Doren, who was currently serving the growing clientele, was pleased to see them arrive.

"Esteban!" hy exclaimed, to then quickly approach him and receive him with a warm kiss on the lips.
"Hello love, how have you been" replied the human with a smile. Jhonny, seeing the scene, commented.
“Wow, it seems like a lot has happened in my absence.”
“Johnny! Vera!.. What a joy to see you! Doren said, hugging them both. Chakat Lorel, who was giving instructions to the technicians on setting up the bar's stage, saw the newcomers and ran to greet them.
“Guys! Welcome! We haven't heard from you in a long time!"
Hi Lorel. It's true, I almost forgot how cute you are” Jhonny answered.
“Prrrrr…” Lorel purred giving everyone a hug.
"Sit down please. Doren, stay with them, your shift is almost over. Liner and I will take care of them, don't worry"
"Thank you Lorel," the skunktaur said. They all sat at the table. The stage was almost ready and to one side, a chakat was tuning a flashy acoustic guitar. At that time, more customers continued to enter the premises.
“Wow, it seems that Lorel managed to expand and now has a small stage” commented Vera.
"Yes. It is great. Lorna invites local artists every night” responded Doren.
“Esteban, why don't you sing? You have a good voice, brother” said Jhonny suddenly.
"What, are you kidding?.. That stage is for real artists, not for amateurs" - answered the disgruntled human. At that moment, Lilethe and Sachi entered the door, greeting everyone.
"Hello guys!"
“Lilethe! Nice to see you! Jhonny exclaimed, getting up to greet the skunktaur with a hug.
“Johnny! Vera! It's great that they will stay in Chakona” said Lilethe.
"That's right" Vera said with a hug.
“Oh… I want to introduce my friend and colleague Sachi Edzan” added Lilethe. The renzar, a little embarrassed, she greeted all present gently.
“It's a pleasure to meet you Sachi. I am Jhonny and this is my partner Vera” The human replied.
“The pleasure is mine, Jhonny, Vera” Esteban, on his part, greeted her with a smile. Lilethe instead gave the human a big kiss on the lips.
"Hello my love. I'm glad your day went well."
"Thanks love. The same for you” Esteban replied, brushing his nose with Lilethe's with soft and loving touches.
"Well, since we are all together, I propose a greeting, a toast to Jhonny and Vera, who have returned to Chakona and will stay on the planet forever!" Lorna said enthusiastically, as Doren helped Lorel pour soft drinks for everyone.
“Awww thanks Lorna. You are very kind ”Vera said after drinking from her cup.
"I wish to toast Esteban, and his speedy recovery, and I pray that he does not fall back into the hospital so soon!" Jhonny said, while everyone laughed out loud. The joke was not very funny to the light-skinned human, who forced a smile. Suddenly Esteban stood up and raised his glass.
“I… wish to toast… to Ugkar Skunktaur. For the happiness of hym together with Lieutenant Krim, in the new world that they will conquer”. Esteban said with a voice full of emotion. And quietly, the boy added. “And for you too, crazy old man. Wherever you are” thinking of Vroeg. Lilethe was the only one who caught that whisper. Moving closer to him, hy placed a tender kiss on his lips. "Cheers to both of you" said the skunk as hy looked at the boy with hir bright green eyes.

After a while, in which the conversation between everyone focused on Vera and Jhonny's experiences in Kat'turna, Esteban approached Sachi and sat down next to her. On stage, one chakat played a soft melody on a violin while another accompanied him with graceful guitar chords.
"Sachi, will you compete tomorrow?" the human asked.
“All the renzar will do it. It's a regular date."
"I wish you luck. This time, you are my favourite, but don't tell Natany heh heh heh”
“Ay Esteban”
"Hey, I wanted to thank you for this" The human said as he showed him the pendant that the boy had around his neck. Sachi was glad to know that he used it.
“Heh heh it was nothing Esteban”
“You don't know how important this is to me. Not only because it is a gift from the most beautiful of Friendship renzar, but because of what it means. The Earth and Chakona united”
“Hmm… You're a sycophant, Esteban huh? And I'm glad you like it. I picked it especially for you. Lilethe told me about it ”she answered the light-haired renzar.
“I say that because it's true, Sachi. You're beautiful"
"You'll make me blush, heh heh... You're cute too."
“Heh heh… Thank you” The renzar looked at the boy with a breath of nostalgia. Her last partner was a human being like himself, and the experience had been painful enough to repeat it. But there was something different about Esteban. He had a luminous aura that she couldn't explain. She rightly considered Lilethe and Doren lucky to have him.

“Lorel, come closer to us please. Liner and Gret, you too” Chakat Lorna suddenly said in the middle of everyone. “I have an announcement and an invitation to make to you,” shi added. Lorel and the other two Chakats looked at each other in surprise and approached the group.
“The day after tomorrow, we will organize a volleyball game on the beach. Chakats against humans. Esteban is organizing his group of losers, while I am putting together the winning chakat team!”
“Hey Lorna. Don't trust yourself so much ”Answered the human from the corner of him.
Lorel, Liner and Gret. You are invited. Could you play for the chakats?” Lorna said excitedly.
“Uh?.. Well… I think it's a great idea! Thank you! I will be part of your team Lorna. What do you say Liner?” Lorel said.
“Prrrrr… Exercising on the beach will do me good. I'm going too” Said chakat with dark brown fur.
“Er… I'll pass. I am very fat and out of shape. I prefer not to participate. I'm sorry," added Gret.
“Oh, it's okay Gret. It's just for fun. But do not worry. With Lorel and Liner, we already have the team set up” Lorna said.
"Esteban, do you have other humans who want to participate?" Sachi asked curiously, bringing his head closer to the human.
“I have a couple of people in mind: Mark, his wife Delfina and Travis. With Jhonny and I, we would be five. Vera could reinforce.”

"We skunktaur can also put together a team and beat anyone!"
“Well said Lilethe,” Doren added. “The two of us, plus Rena and Holly. And we'll get someone else. We skunktaurs will not be left out!”
"Oh wow... That's great, Doren!" Esteban said happily.
"Yes! This will be so much fun! Let's toast to the volleyball game!" Lorna said making everyone raise their glasses once more.
The night progressed and after a beautiful evening, Esteban, Lilethe, Doren, Lorna, Jhonny and Vera went together to spend the night at the renzar's house, saying goodbye to Lorel, Liner, Gret and Sachi. Upon arrival, Sorah, Regthar and little Hajo greeted them with joy. After placing several mats and blankets in the boys' room, everyone settled down, creating a very pleasant and pleasant atmosphere. Vera was fascinated playing with little Hajo, while the others chatted animatedly about Kat'turna, the renzar tournament, and the volleyball match. "Can't I hug my older puppy?"

“Grrr… No… It's nothing. It was a tough day at work. And I'm tired. I better go to sleep. Tomorrow I must fight in the tournament” Then, standing up, he said goodbye to everyone.
"Sleep well. You are in your house"
“Rest, Mr Regth. Tomorrow we will support him!” Jhonny said raising his fist.
"Yes!" Lorna said in turn.
"Thanks guys. I'll take Hajo. It's bedtime for him," the renzar added.
“You have a beautiful and adorable baby, Mr. Regth” Vera said as she handed over the puppy.
“Thank you very much daughter. Goodnight everyone."
Lilethe, noticing something strange in the renzar, looked at Esteban and telepathically told him: What's wrong with Regth?
"I don't know love. He said he was tired” the human replied with a shrug. The conversation continued for a while longer, until sleep overcame everyone. Jhonny and Vera sat between Lorna and Doren, while Esteban sat between Doren and Lilethe. They all slept comfortably, happy to be together again.
