Making an appearance after "The Incident," that followed Operation Firestorm, she took wanted to see for herself. Nobody want's to hear "Commander on deck!" unless you are in heavy combat and that commander is a Clow. Hearing "Terra Commander on deck," not only means shit hit the fan but you got some in you mouth and you had paper cuts all over your face. It is also said that over the rank of Commander there is a lot less red tape to deal with surprisingly. The fact the the Zone Commander was jumped over is never a good sign. It also doesn't help that the local higher command was involved in a scheme to ensnare The Colonel in a trap. Just a side note the Terra Commander is in charge of all Imperial Forces on the planet they are assigned to.
