His last name is Slison(Sly-son/Slicin). His middle name is completely unknown.
I decided to do a mixture of both helmet ideas from my previous post. While the cutter on his helmet can’t be removed or thrown, it still makes for a DEADLY headbutt. His tail may be shaped like a full-on sword, but it’s not very sharp despite its looks. He is also a self-proclaimed rival to Warreon, another steel type eeveelution made by yours truly.
