Excellent expressions. I absolutely love how supportive and proud Twilight looks, how sweaty and obviously strained Trixie is, and how incredibly "Uhh... whut?" Fluttershy is when she notices the orange Orifice opening in her bathroom.

Great Pony Anatomy. I can't master this art yet (though that may be from my drawing purely from memory) and seeing how you do noses, muzzles, bodies, and heads impresses me. They really look like ponies, and the lines denoting body parts are excellently placed.

Wonderful coloring. I love how the duo-colored style of everypony looks so well against the white background, and your extremely good Glow effect with the Great and Powerful Trixie's magic-casting horn (seriously, that glow is just screaming "POWAH!").

Lovely scribbles. I really like how effective the shadow is and how nice it looks, and the Great and Powerful Trixie's straining and shaking from the effort of keeping a rip in the time-space continuum was well done and looks very good, particularly with the shaking tail.

Finally, excellent lettering. The wobbly, misaligned, and writing effects were very nice, particularly with the Great and Powerful Trixie's grunting. I need to master how to do good lettering that is large enough to read and looks good...

hey, this reminds me, a friend of mine was watching the show with me, and he laughed when Twilight started using her 'warping' powers, saying it looked just like Slipstream warm from Star trek, so we joked and wondered how Twilight would look in a late generation ST uniform XD

You forced me to start watching this show and now I'm addicted. :( I just finished the boasting episode so this cracked me up. Love the portal reference haha.
