The next of my OCs to get the superhero treatment is, let's be honest, one who deserved to have it in the first place: it's Cripto! While he has improved over the years and has gotten better as a team player, many of his accomplishments have led him to be the one that fulfilled many prophecies he didn't know were made. Thus, the world hails him as its ultimate superhero, and he was the most popular G-52 until Leo the Patriotic Lion overtook him when he was elected President of the United States. (Cripto felt Leo should have been the most popular one to start with, and was now finally getting that recognition, but even Leo would tell you Cripto deserves to be the ultimate savior of the universe.)
