This is one of three frames of a birthday card for my stepbrother. Bon Anniversaire, Seth! :D
This is a bit of an inside joke. He and I would always make fun of Slippy, and for my 14th birthday he drew me a picture of Slippy with headgear and a cast, crying because he was shunned by his peers. 5 years later I'm returning the favour, and drawing him a Falco and Slippy.
The other part of the inside joke: We walked to a baseball diamond by my house to watch a kids game. After leaning on the fence for a while I looked forward and said, "You know, my dad never hugged me." And he burst out laughing. That'll be the joke in this comic, basically.
