[Just press here to view all of my pages]Original description:Hello, everyone!
I would like to excuse myself for the long absence. It has been a while since I have uploaded an Indev-1 version of this game.
I would like to thank all of you for playing the previous version, your feedback really helped me while developing this build.
Hope you will like Indev-2 version as well. I am very eager to hear your feedback about it.
Since this project is still in development, for the testing period it will only be available via the following link:

Just as before, you are still able to upload custom character sprites into the game.
Though, there are a lot of changes in this version, so I will try to make it quick:
> Added main menu and settings;
> Implemented achievements system;
> Full Ascension system rework (now you get ascension points by completing achievements and through some in-game events);
> Added new events and event chains;
> Now you can change who the events are addressed to (game's main screen/«wrench» button/«who grows» switch);
> Tapping now also increments «Growth ray» bar. After it is filled, each tap will temporary grant +0.05% size increase;
> Added 2 new stages;
> Added new tap and «Spurt» sounds. You may change them in Main menu/Settings/Sound & SFX/Sounds;
...And some general improvements.
There are also some known issues:
> [+] buttons for uploading custom sprites may not work on IOS devices. To upload custom sprites you may use [Tap here to upload] button, that will appear on top of the screen (it may be quite small though).
>Implementation of the imperial units is not well polished. To be honest, it is quite hard to implement it flawlessly due to some peculiarities of the imperial system. Though, I am still working on that;
> Tooltips of the upgrades could use a revision;
> Credits value should be shortened upon reaching big numbers to improve overall readability.
If you stumble upon a game crash or a bug, please send a report to TamNyamDen[at]gmail.com
I would be very grateful if you would provide screenshots and/or savefile of your playthrough.
To download your savefile go to Main menu/Settings/Game Session/Download save (may not work for IOS devices).
Thank your for your attention and have a good time. :>

For a bit more constructive feedback
I like the more dynamic element of clicking enough getting you that temporary growth ray power up. Maybe in future builds that could be something you could expand on a little bit more? Like maybe you can buy or unlock upgrades to that element like upgrading it to a different colored, more powerful version that has a stronger effect, or maybe even upgrading it into a constant growth beam Where when it's active you can just hold down the mouse and it hits them with a beam for a consistent amount of growth until it wears off.
This might be a personal preference but if in the future there was an option maybe to adjust how much the character sprite bounces back from the growth effect of each click that might be good for some people. Either where you can control the extremity of it directly or just turn it down to a lower setting so that the amount of growth happening during each click is a little more noticeable? Currently the sprites size rebound when you click makes it kind of hard to see how much they're actually growing when you're clicking because they're expanding and retracting a bit too violently in contrast to the smooth passive growth that the upgrades give you that I think the higher quality backgrounds and foregrounds portray really well.
And lastly forgive me if I missed it already being mentioned somewhere but are there any plans to add dialogue pop-ups for the Sprite while they're growing? Letting them say things or have reactions or even something describing their reaction of the people surrounding them that react to how big they are, either being triggered at specific sizes or having like a table of random potential things that can be said with a different size brackets? I think that would add an interesting additional dynamic to it, especially if it's possible to make custom dialogue like that for custom sprites
Really looking forward to see where this project goes <3

Thank you once again, your feedback is much apreciated.
I have some plans for the "growth ray" system at the moment, but your suggestions do sound very interesting!
Also, I guess you're right about the "bounce" animation being too distracting, I will tune it down a bit.
And about character's quotes: I have thought of that at some point when I had been developing the "events" system. The issue was that idea was that I wanted to make the game as OC friendly as possible. Obviously, pre-made quotes could not possibly align with everyone's characters, hence I scrapped that idea.
Even though it is possible to implement custom quotes, it would work really wonky on HTML5 platform.
However, I think I will probably tinker with that idea once again at some point, but definetely not for the nearest update, sorry.

Hey nothing to apologize for! I'm not complaining or demanding things lol I'm just offering constructive critique, suggestions, and opinions. I love seeing projects like this pop up and always jump at the chance to help them come to fruition in whatever small ways I can <3
I remember way back in the day when someone else did something like this, literally I'm talking like a decade ago lol, at least in a much more simplified version they had it set up in a way where you could add your own characters and even have them have event text like that by downloading the game and then putting the Sprite you wanted to use and a text file with the properly formatted event list, they provided a template, in basically what amounted to a mods folder so that the game would pull from that folder. I think it was originally made in flash but they couldn't do that part until they switched it to Java if I remember correctly? If I can ever dig the thing up I'll send you a link if you want. But I guess yeah probably isn't as easy doing it in HTML5, I'm not super familiar with how that one works and what it's limitations are.
Would it be possible to have events be drawn from like a user input variable? Like have a section in the OC menu where someone is implementing their own character where they can input text into boxes and it saves that text as part of that OC's variables and then the events are pulled from the inputed text during the actual game? I wish I could offer a better suggestion on how it might work or if it's even possible and that I'm not just wasting your time reading this but unfortunately most of my limited experience in these kind of things is relegated to twine haha.

Man, there's a good deal here already, and I love it. Was thinking perhaps of a couple additional achievements, to make earning AP easier.
Mile High Club: Reached 5,280 feet tall
Kilomassive: Reached 1,000 KM tall
And a bit of a new event idea for reaching more massive sizes:
Oh no! A meteor is heading towards the planet, and none of our equipment can stop it! Please, save us!
Accept: Karama + 30, Decline: Karma - 30
I hope you don't mind the suggestions. It's really good, and it's great to see more of these growth clicker games. :3

Thank you for the feedback.
This build was made with mainly mobile platforms in mind, so as of now the only way to go through upgrades/achievements is swiping up and down.
I understand, that it is not really intuitive for PC users, so I will probably add an ability to use scrolling in the next minor update.

Oh, and there actually is such a functionality you are writing about, yet it only works for the first four stages,
after which game should only use the latest uploaded sprite (it was implemented back when the game has only had four stages).
If you think it does not work as intended, I would be grateful if you fired me a bug report at TamNyamDen[at]gmail.com

I do like the update. Another default character or two could probably be added at some point if you haven't thought of that.
Maybe there could be an explanation as to what karma does in the early part of the game.
Finally, I am not sure if it is just me, but when I try to add my own sprite, it comes in really big to where half of it is off screen.

I have been thinking about adding some more default character sprites (and graphical assets in general) into the game, yet with this update I decided to focus on the more "technical" side of the project.
Also, you are right about the importance of proper in-game tutorial, including an explanation of what karma system is. A tutorial will probably get added in one of the later updates.
I have plans for the karma system functionality, yet right now it is basically only used for unlocking few achievements.
And about custom sprites: ideal size for a custom sprite would be somewhere around 175x500px.

I do like the thought of the growth ray having a very fixed growth percentage that scales off your size, encourages more clicking for the game. My only two suggestion is one, upgrades for the growth ray to make it more powerful, and the second being more potential for getting higher scales with the permanent growth and coin production upgrades (and possibly a higher upgrade for passive size growth).
All this makes me sound like I just want to grow bigger faster. The answer is yes, I do want that lol.

I think some of the purchase options need to have descriptors for what they do and work more with the Karma system for your Karmatic options. Like, maybe Good Karma increases wealth instead since people will pay you to do good and like you and you can then use that money to increase your size... While Bad/Negative Karma increases your growth rate but then you gotta wait for activities as you won't make as much money and got to steal it instead.
Hell, if you ever increase the amount of 'uploaded images' for people to slot their own image for Height Catagory (How you have it now) x Karma (-100,-50,0,50,100) then that could be fun for people to upload their characters being good or evil or just different art for each.
Regardless, Solid job

There is a description system for the common upgrades, though it clearly needs a revision.
To activate upgrade's description, press it and hold your mouse/Tap for a bit and it will pop up.
Regarding karma system. It is in a very stage of development right now, and I do have some for it, but your ideas sound interesting as well.
And about custom images - I am working on increasing the amount of them, but I am not sure what the maximum amount of custom images could be.
Anyway, I will surely take you suggestions into account. :)

No problem, I also cannot state a limit because it depends how many stages of growth you will add and my suggestion would basically be an advanced option to upload (at this point) 5x The number of growth stages wanted and I will say that not many people would have like 30 images of their OC or waifu as .png's to upload upon a grid to customize their experience to themselves.
It is the cap for the first stage of the game.
Tap continuously to activate "spurt" action, which will allow you to transition into the next stage and reach bigger sizes.
Please, inform me if it does not work for you, since that might possibly be a bug.
If such, I would be grateful if you sent me your savefile (instruction on how to do that is at the end of the post above) at TamNyamDen@gmail.com.
