Ace, the one closest to the perspective, is very good friends with King, Neo however isn't as fond of the goat man, however. It didn't help when Ace started breaking the window right next to the door at King and Neo's house, he only ever entered and exited through that window, bizarre, isn't it? Well, Neo thought of the scariest thing he could do to Ace for Halloween... Which was to give him a big ol' bill to pay. Unfortunately, it seems Neo got impatient while waiting to enact his revenge. Of course, as always, King doesn't exactly know what's going on, so assumes they are just celebrating early, how naive.
