Chuong: I wasn't aware that discussions of demons and spirits are acceptable in Spain out in the open.
Sunshine: It is because throughout the Spanish Empire, we have very long documented encounters with them. We also have documented local folklore as well from former Spanish colonies. We also have centuries of experience in cultivating garlic and chilies that are both used for culinary purposes as well as for spiritual purposes. So it's acceptable to talk about vampires because we use chilies and garlic to repel them.
Chuong: In our folklore, we do have vampires. Garlic and chilies are used to repel them.
Juno: In Mexico, especially during fall, you'll hear about ghosts and demons a lot. Mexico isn't Mexico without the tales of El Chupacabra and La Llorona. Mexican mothers tell their kids to stay away from the rivers from sundown to night or else La Llorona will get them to drown them.
Dawn: In the city of Salem in Massachusetts, you'll hear stories about witches a lot, especially to the witch trials from 1692. In that part of America, discussion of witches is widely acceptable there. Salem is a very neat and fun city to this day.

Doughty Dog: In tracing my family ancestry, I've come to discover that one of my ancestors was sadly tried and convicted of being a witch, and executed as a result. The C.I.D.F. think this was helping CNG set the humans up for their ultimate doom.
Super C: I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. Until it finally ceased to exist last year (2022), it had been terrorizing the globe ever since Adam and Eve were banned from the Garden of Eden. I don't know how you feel about that.
Leoncio: Probably the same way Levon does; he says if they hadn't sinned, somebody else might have, because God saw it coming from the start. Thus, his plan from the start was sending His own Son, Jesus, to die that graphic death on the cross, and as a result, all sins have been atoned for, past, present, and future. I just wish we knew more about CNG from that start.
Super C: So do I. It really was responsible for so many things. Still, I hope you had a wonderful birthday.
Leoncio: I did; thank you all so much for sharing it with me.
