Commentary:
I had planned for Team Lubo to be on the losing end to Margrethe. Part of the reason I had Auda go down via overexertion was for this, but it also benefits the story for me in another way.

I hadn't had the opportunity to show what happens if someone is still conscious while in this state, as the only two people so far to be shown in this state was Lubo and Mako, both of which passed out right away due to other reasons. With Auda still up and in a situation where she will NOT want to back down, I can show the reader that no matter what, a person can't use their powers after a certain point and trying to move is not good for them, as Margrethe tries to advise.

Margrethe was surprised in the previous page not because of Auda's wave, but because she knew exactly who made that wave. She had been traveling with Elek for about a week and likely would have learned of his power by now.

Also sorry for the fake out, but I figured it would be a neater way of revealing someone's power while also showing something NOT working when a character tries something. I figure it's best to learn the rules of a power system when what's not possible is actually put in effect.
