Gale mitters was just am *accident* here… he was Meowth once trying to sightsee the experiments, after the cimputers exploded, he got hit by a stranger electricity arc. By the time he woke up he had mittens on his paws and felt a bit different :3

He felt as if his physical attack were enhanced and changed, despite being the usual Meowth moves and attacks… he just dismissed what happened and just continue with his mission against humans :)

Personality wise, he is quite calm and reserved :3 and will not mention what happened to him, he just says the mittens are just something he wears for fashion and becomes he feels them warm
