found out most animals actually enter torpor.
reminds me of when i rode my bike to work and passed a squirrel on the sidewalk in the dead of night just sitting there.
was able to pick it up and took in home because i was dumb and didn't just leave it in my winter cap by it's own tree like i ended up doing outside my house
