Surface reflections
Up early for a walk across the lake. It sometimes feels as if I could cross this lake on this old road that pushes across. Maybe at one time the road did indeed cross Baker Lake right here. Once upon a time this area was forested as noted by the stumps sprouting from the ground. A dam now controls the levels of this lake and seasonally the lake is drained revealing old logging roads from ages past.
