From my understanding, the creator left NSFW as it was leaving nothing but bad scars on him. Then more recently has left art in general due to struggles happening IRL and the scars of his past being a constant reminder.

The artist who created these characters (AVeryShadyDolphin) stopped making NSFW art and deleted all of their accounts. I think they wanted to start making art for comics instead.

Uugh… same thing happened to one of my faves: Qupostuv. Deleted everything in his Patreon and vanished. No word. Nothing. I grabbed everything off his Twitter before the dead links start multiplying. But these two beauties are just marvelous! Keep it up if you can, please!

Not the point. Most animesque artists drew more iconic works during the era when Sai was the most popular program, regardless of platform.

Ah, what a nostalgic throwback! I used to daily check artist's tag on e6 for more art of their OCs and their cute shenanigans. I hope the artist is doing well tho. Excellent tribute nonetheless.
