Seamsters, tailors, and the like are very important to Rannen culture. It's an important thing to keep a running record of your personal deeds, which either you yourself, or a tailor, will sew into a garment that you wear for formal occasions. More fabric is added as you have more things to add- trimming out deeds is only done when necessary. Older Rannen have massive flowing robes, while most people just have toga styled garments.
