I decided to go with Captain of Squad 7 for the idea of who he'd be for them, plus my own personal back story for him.
This is the third piece of his Shikai, which is surmount when he says "Win...Kōun no megami!"
The caption is of course a reference to Dirty Harry's famous line in the movie when asking if he'd fired six shots or maybe five.
