Adorable adopt from  Phoenix-of-Starlight, Terrace, AKA the Mad Magician. Recurring antagonist/neutral party for a story I'm working on.

Nobody is really sure where the Mad Magician came from, nor what he really seeks. All that's known about him are his extravagant stage and magic show performances. He is an absolutely fantastic performer, in almost every way - and his magic shows confound even the most seasoned of illusionists due to their sheer impossibility. His secret? Well, he's actually just magic! Don't try and find out what the actual explanation is. He doesn't like when people do that.

Terrace is typically flamboyant, confident, and bombastic, though when angered or upset he takes on a stoic, almost emotionless tone of voice. He also tends to use French terms of endearment, with "mon ciel étoilé" (my night sky) being his favourite - though his range of known languages is incredibly vast. He refuses to elaborate why.
