Let the record show that, while it is indeed a very rare day when I do not have a human or a Pokemon in my belly, it's only because I have so many loved ones who like being inside me.
Whenever I'm dealing with someone who isn't outright asking for it, isn't in danger and isn't a danger to anyone else, I can keep my beak shut.
Like Bee here, for example. Even though she's in the middle of nowhere and her memory of how she wound up there is fuzzy, I'm perfectly fine just sitting here and keeping her company for as long as there doesn't appear to be any immediate danger around. And I like having the outside of my beak petted just as much as the inside.

Most people aren't that forward. At least not initially. My kids were all very reluctant to get into my beak the first time, now diving in is how one of them says hello.
Pelippers are notoriously common, so most people only pay me any mind when they notice how big I am. Which can sometimes result in people asking if they can take photos with me, but "willing prey" are at least uncommon enough that I still feel a kind of compulsion to (for lack of a better phrase) not let the opportunity pass me by.

Yeah I mean, social standards first of all! No idea on boundaries or what the reaction would be, so it's understandable on reluctance until getting used to things
I've certainly found Pelipper to be more commonly seen, yes! I guess you are pretty big compared to how they usually are. But yeah, if the conversation got there, a 'beak ride' would definitely be asked... which would lead to being 'willing prey' yes... so long as it were safe, of course! It wouldn't be unwelcomed for a swallow to occur!
And if it did, I'd then ask the question "How long can you hold someone? Theoretically, of course..."

The Pokedex is full of entries about all the things we do besides eat with our beaks, so I can usually skip that part. More often than not, the questions will instead be about my trainer's secret to raising a bird to get so big in the first place. Most of them probably just want a big fluffy tank in their League rosters, but I'll bet the idea that I/we could also be their big fluffy hammock will cross all of their minds sooner or later.
That would certainly be one of my questions/interests (how to get such a big bird), since you look really comfortable for cuddles and stuff. The hammock and bedding thoughts would certainly be there, so long as said bird was happy with that!
It’d probably dent any progress I might have on being a competitive trainer though, since I’d likely spend too much time being carried by said bird (especially if Roost worked how I imagine it to). At least they could enjoy being ‘wild’ though, while having the perks of being a trainer Pokémon!
